Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our research reports, all sales are final. Once a report is purchased and the download link or access is provided, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

2. Cancellation

As our reports are sold on a "pay-per-report" basis and are not part of a recurring subscription model, there is no ongoing commitment to cancel. A purchase cannot be cancelled once the payment is successfully processed.

3. Technical Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in the following specific cases:

• Duplicate Charges: If you were charged twice for the same report due to a payment gateway error.
• Failure of Delivery: If the payment was successful but you did not receive access to the report within 24 hours (and we are unable to resolve the issue manually).

4. Regulatory Requirement

In accordance with SEBI guidelines, if our registration as a Research Analyst is suspended or cancelled, any payments received for reports that have not yet been delivered will be refunded to the client.
